OF THE PROPERTY

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSTRUCTION
All building structure and components have been architect and engineered
designed and built to local authority standards and have attained certificate
of compliance.
The construction of the house: All lower floor areas are 100mm reinforced
concrete with- timber wall framing. Mid-floor timber construction and
timber roof truss construction. The roofing material is concrete tile.
The exterior walls have a multi-layer of structural and insulation materials
coated with a thermal cement plaster and multi-coated weather shield paints.
The interior walls are insulated with fiberglass sound and standard bats
and lined with plasterboard and painted in neutral colours.
The home has a security system throughout the levels and has internal
vacuum system for all areas. The property has a separate power phase to
accommodate a separate power meter for use on a second dwelling or workshop
etc.
New Zealand native timbers have been used extensively as finishing lines
throughout the home. All exterior joinery is aluminum for low maintenance.
The property has 12,000 gallons (46,000 liters) of filtered rainwater
catchment tanks.
